Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Junction Housing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
