Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
