Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Loom Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 375 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
