Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Westbrook Junction Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
