Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
