Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Houston presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
