Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
