Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Foods Group is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on allergen controls. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
