Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Summit Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
