Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Ember Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Phoenix. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
