Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
