Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove North Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
