Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
