Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ridge Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 603 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
