Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Staffing Group is a St. Louis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
