Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Bright Manufacturing is a Spokane manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in machine downtime and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
