Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Drift Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
