Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
