Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Cedar Loom Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
