Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate trends in parts orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
