Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
