Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Granite Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
