Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Cedar Mill Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
