Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
