Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Quill Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
