Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
