Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on collection routes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
