Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Harbor Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
