Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
