Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Foods Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
