Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jacksonville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
