Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
