Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
