Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
