Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
