Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Haven Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lots. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
