Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Linden Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
