Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
