Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Ironwood Oak Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
