Data Analyst - operations reporting (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Juniper Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
