Data Analyst - operations reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Wren Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Raleigh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
