Data Analyst - operations reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Raleigh serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
