Data Analyst - operations reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
