Data Analyst - operations reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Ashton Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
