Data Analyst - operations reporting (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Junction Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
