Data Analyst - operations reporting (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
