Data Analyst - operations reporting (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Providence with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
