Data Analyst - operations reporting (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
