Data Analyst - operations reporting (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quill Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Providence. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on referrals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
