Data Analyst - operations reporting (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Birch Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Portland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
